Sports dietitian to the Australian Rules Football Team 'The Fremantle Dockers', Sophy also works with the Super 14 Rubgy Union Team 'The Western Force', as well as The WA Rugby Academy in Perth, Western Australia. Sophy was involved in the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games.

She is currently studying a PhD in sports nutrition and is a board member for Sports Dietitians Australia.
